At the same time, there’s a Swedish background at its core, evident in the techniques, presentation, and combinations. The menu blends Japanese and Swedish influences—fresh, clean, and easy to enjoy, with a little twist. No sushi or ramen here, but other aspects of Japanese culinary culture, adapted for a relaxed street food setting.
